November 3, 2015 Board Meeting Agenda Item #41 Title APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT #2 TO ARCHITECT'S CONTRACT FOR THE SUNCOAST TECHNICAL COLLEGE SOUTH CAMPUS NEW CLASSROOM BUILDING AND COUNTY LIBRARY PROJECT Description The scope of work for this amendment is to provide additional architectural and food service design services to design to design the Culinary Arts Program. This program was moved from Phase 2 to Phase 1 so was not included in the original contract. The total amount for these changes shall not exceed $34,760.00. These funds are available through the project budget. Recommendation That Amendment #2 to the Agreement dated February 17, 2015, with Schenkel & Shultz, Inc., for the Suncoast Technical College South Campus be approved as presented.
